The personal data collected from you, our valued customers, using the Customer Assistant within the scope of our Chatbot Application, for the purposes of solving instant customer problems, carrying out post-sales support services, carrying out activities for customer satisfaction, maintaining marketing activities, conducting and improving marketing analysis studies, executing customer relationship management processes, executing campaign/advertisement/promotion processes, are processed by our Company on a limited basis.
c) Methods and Legal Reasons for Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed by our Company electronically with your express consent pursuant to the personal protection data.

The following personal data will be obtained with the Chatbot application:

Your personal data indicated in Article (d) of this clarification text may be transferred for the fulfillment of the objectives set out in (b) and limited to the fulfillment of those purposes, only in compliance with the personal data processing conditions specified in the data protection law and with the purposes specified above, and by restricted means to group companies resident in Egypt and abroad, our affiliates, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, and public authorities and organizations.
